validation question?
Hi everyone,
I know there is a thread running about citizienship but what I would like to know is we have to validate our visa by early June 2007 which we are doing but can anyone tell me when do we have to living there permantely. We are going on a 139 pr visa thanks from laine.

You have about five years from your visa date not validation date if I remember correctly.

So if its 5 years say oct 06 does that mean so long as you have validated you have till oct 2011 to be living there.

Hi there, we have to validate our visas by 23rd June 07 we then have until August 2011 to get there. We are on sub-class 136 MODL.
