Urgent - Expiring Visa question
My student visa is expiring soon ( < 1 wk), and I haven't got a receipt from my skill assessment body yet, so I can't send in an application for my graduate skilled temporary visa.
It would appear that I will only be able to lodge the application around the time my visa expires, or might have already expired.
Does that mean my visa application will definitely fail?
What other recourse do I have?
