Urgent advice needed !
Hello all you clever people, we are flying from Heathrow tomorrow and tried to check in on line. However our visas are in our old passports and we have booked our flights with new passports. The stystem doesn't recognise that we have the required travel permits, Singapore air advised to contact Oz High Comission who are closed. Logically I know that we just bring along our old passports but I need some reassurance that we are not going to be told to bugger off at Heathrow.

There shouldn't be any problem - that's how many people have travelled in the past.

This is what has happened to my hub, so take along your letter saying you have been granted a visa as well as both passports, just to cover your arses. They'll probably call a superior to check it, which happens all the time to hub, but don't worry!
