Default Update on ex -'sons medicals'

Hi everyone that has helped with my last thread and any new people out there. Well the situation is my partners ex may refuse to let 15 year old son have medical. We are now about 99% sure that she applied for sole custody about 5 years ago. (Can't find out from lawyer for sure until partner returns home from work in 2 weeks, bugger).

So come on all of you out there, what does this mean. Does it mean he can not basically ask his son for a medical now because he does not share custody. Would a lawyers letter outlining she has sole custody enough, it apparently went through the court which means there will be a court letter somewhere at the lawyers office. Please, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Asked and answered on the immigration forum.

I don't think any online forum is going to substitute for the professional advice you appear to need.
