Default Tickets booked for sunshine coast...

Well, booked tickets for Brisbane, leave on August 18th...heading for Buderim area, sunshine coast....OH's job starts end of August as a chef. Just need to sort out a state primary school and a state high school, then a rental not too far away!

On the map, it all looks so easy, but I know in reality distances take a hell of a long time to cover. Are schools pretty tight on catchment areas like UK? Any recommendations? Kids are 10, 12 and 14, thanks. Thinking of Mountain Creek SHS, any views?

HI Mel

I bet you cant wait we are really jealous hopefully we are not too far behind you.

We were on a reccie to Brisbane last August spent some time in the Buderim, Mountain Creek area it is somewhere we would really like to live but not to sure about the work situation up there. OH is pipe fitter welder {modl mechanical services and air conditioning} may be a long commute to where the jobs are.

We too if we live up there are looking to send kids {13,12} to the SHS heard good reports but I believe there is a strict catchment area for this school {sorry dont know what that area covers}

Good luck with the move
