We've sold the house again!! To a cash buyer who wants to complete early September. Which doesn't give us much time to get sorted - Aarghh! Im going to be falling over everywhere I go between now & completion coz thers no way I'm uncrossing my fingers & toes.

Best of British to you - we have also accepted an offer on the house (Hubby says its not sold until its signed) I do have this awful feeling that we will get a letter from solicitior to say ok you complete next week and here we are sat in a house full of stuff I need to get rid of -

Hi Tash, it was 3rd time lucky for us too - we've finally exchanged!!

Major panic now trying to get everything organised - we fly out on 18th!

Your so lucky, we have had our house up for sale since Feb, 2 offers then they backed out and now no viewers for over 2 weeks so we changing estate agents, we have had our visa since May and its so frustrating, was hoping the kids wouldnt have to start another school year here as our daughter starts secondary school but they will now.

Thats great news! Ours seems to be going ok at the mo. The shippers are booked for the 29th - I thought that was going to be a rush but the 18th!! You'll be busy now then. Good luck with the whole move and let us know how you get on when you arrive.
