They came to pick up our settees yesterday
They quoted us on photo evidence and we got just over $2k from the insurers and were hoping to have something left over as we asked them for a generous quote.
Just spoke to them and they were amazed at the state of them and said that they'd (PSS) had done a proper job on them and it may come to a little bit over.
I asked them will they clean it they said they didn't quote it into the price, what's the matter with these people they've done us out of a clean and themselves out of money

They've now said they will clean them for nothing and that they'll look 95% brand new, they've been very helpful a shining light in this tedious business.
