Ey up Nick

You will be surprised what you miss when you get here.
I would kill for a pint of kimberley best in the space at this moment. :D
Even to walk in to a pub where someone knows who the hell you are would be great. :D

Ask the hubby to give the reds a cheer for this long distance fan.......your right if he is anything like me he will miss it.

If ever hubby and I question why we're emigrating, we only have to take a trip to Eastwood to realise we're doing the right thing.

Hubby goes to forest with little un and I know he'll miss that.(no rude replies please)

It's the same old dark, depressing, damp, foul place it ever was.

No, I mean, it's a lovely, friendly, cheery, stylish, wonderful place! (Need to sell the house :D )

Yes we are up for the meet, just don't know where millers barn is
Give us some directions and we'll be there. The w/e of 18th Feb or 25th would be good for us, what about anyone else.
Sparks124 are you an electrician by any chance?? :D If so you may have something in common with my hubbie :)

how on earth did you guess???? :D ,are you trying to start a rummer? :D

directions:

from junction 26 M1 take the A610 towards Nottingham. at the first roundabout continue straight ahead (3rd exit) signed Nottingham A610. at the traffic lights turn left towards the tram park and ride (signed as such).
at the round about turn left. Millers Barn car park is the first left turn.

the Millers Barn can be seen from the A610 opposite the BP petrol station.

would prefure the 25th personally, but could make the 18th.

Hi
We are in a village called Swithland about 40 m.ins from Notts. We are just about to put in our aplication 163 visa. Heading out to the Sunshine coast south Queensland. Cant wait, we have just got back from a mad tour around Oz to see which state we liked best. Its amazing how different each state is. Anyway Brisbane just did it for us.
What visa are you going out on and when?

Hi there we are from the Nottingham area.
Just waiting to sell. It's been a bit of nightmare to be honest.
Things seem to be picking up.We have had a viewing last week and we have one for tomorow afternoon.Really need some luck.
I suppose I had better get on with the cleaning then.

Hi
Glad to see more people are leaving Nottingham!!! Where abouts are you? I think things are picking up on the housing front, my friend has just sold hers, its been on the market since last May!! Its a nightmare- all that cleaning, we are decorating some of the rooms to freshen it up before putting it on the market but I must say from past experience I'm not looking forward to it!!!
Are you able to come to the meet on the 25th Feb??
Get baking that Bread!!! that will get the buyers in! Good luck with the viewings.
