Telephone numbers
Hi, does anyone know of any numbers/companies that allow Australians to phone the UK at a cheaper rate. We have a number that we use to phone our nephew in Perth for a penny a minute. We are looking into this for our nephew so he can phone his family at a cheaper rate.
Thanks in advance

we are with telstra and for $5 a month on your scheme you get to call international at 3 cents a minute ( this comes out of the $5 )
which equates to 2.7 hours a month ( additional time is also billed at 3 cents a minute )

Re: Telephone numbers
I went deaf in my right ear suddenly 2 weeks ago. Went to GP last week and was told bacterial infection and given drops. Only got worse, so back to GP yesterday. Told no not bacterial, viral so nothing they could do. Ask to see ENT. Get emergency appointment for today (seeing how I'm booked to fly to Perth soon) and told no, it's a fungal infection that has caused a giant ulcer on my ear drum. 1/2 hour and much painful scraping of ear drum later my wallet was $300 lighter and I still can't hear. On the bright side, I've been given the go-ahead to fly next week. And if it's not better by Friday, stop in for another ear drum scraping! Honestly, I don't mean to be harsh.
