I think its kids nowdays with the computer, when i was a kid i was never in i was lived in freezing scotland but that never stopped me its just the sign of the times!!!

I'd agree - my 14 year old daughter is flourishing here - the style of schooling suits her, the time outdoors, the being less like a mini adult (and that suits me

Just wanted another positive post. My 17 year old is happy and settled here now too. She was a week shy of her 16th birthday when we came and hated it at first, now she has made loads of friends and would be out all night every night if we let her. She doesnt even want to go back to the UK for her 18th birthday now as she wants to go to Coloundra with friends instead!

i love great cheery posts like this.
the more posts like this the better.
There are too many negative posts on here. If you dont like it where you live then shut up and move.(not you, people in general)
If you do like it then make others feel great about the most life changing decision they will make.
Negative posts have almost convinced me a few times not to bother, and im a really positive person
