Hi all, hope you all had a great New Year's eve whatever you all did :)
We actually managed to stay awake this year to see the New Year in (unlike last year ).

Estate Agent is coming round on Saturday....so fingerscrossed the figure we hope to put the house up again for is similar to his valuation!
Hopefully our house will be back on the market by the Monday!

Keep your fingerscrossed for us everyone - we need all the good luck we can get as we want to get to Tassie THIS year!!!!

Cathy :)

Hi all

A belated Happy Christmas and wishing you all a fantastic New Year:wub:

Only just got back internet and phone after a huge hassle with Telstra and Bigpond, in fact we have had a nightmare with everyone - Aurora, Kingborough council, our house seller (there were hints of the seller going went bankrupt AFTER we had paid the full amount, gave us early occupancy of the house then proceeded to disappear for a week:eek:) We have gone through a dishwasher, strimmer, 3 garden umberellas, a hoover, a lawn mower - don't let us touch anything electrical, we'll destroy it!

BUT we had a great Christmas, (seafood platter and bubbly on the beach), went to Hartz Mountains NP, visited the Taste twice, ate loads of cherries whilst fruit picking, visited some wineries, tried kayaking again and moved house as well!!

Take care

Sam

Hi Sam, welcome back! glad you're back online, and a belated Happy New Year to you & yours! :) Sounds like you've been pretty busy
I'm glad you managed to get everything all sorted regarding the house & hope you're feeling settled in by now?
Also glad you all had a nice Christmas - the seafood platter and beach sound lovely - bit jealous there - seeing as we've woken up to snow today!!!

Cathy :)

Well I'd like to say that we've had a fun packed christmas, but it's been very quiet round here. Mainly due to the fact that I am pregnant with TWINS :D
I am 10 weeks and 4 days gone so far, had a second scan today and they have healthy heartbeats and are growing well.:) They are growing from the same placenta and are in the same sack which means they will be identical and the same sex.

We are really pleased, as you all know we've been trying for ages and had just about given up. So to say that we are over joyed is an understatement.

Kezza Congratulations hun as I know its been a long time coming. Keep resting and dont overdo the acerage!!!!!

Sammy T glad to hear your house move went ok in the end. Xmas on a beach with a seafood platter sounds just up my street. Better than the snow and freezing weather we have here at the mo.

Love c x
