Yep, when we picked ours up, who had then been flown onto Adelaide she was very excited. She had a toy in her crate, and we told her to get it, she went half way back in, before deciding we might try to shut her in again.
We got her in the car, she had a quick sniff around and then sat on hubbies lap looking out the front windscreen as if she had never been away.

I would not have considered not bringing her, although we did feel very guilty for putting her through it all.

I feel guilty putting my two through it all again!! Mind you my kelpie misses the swimming in the sea just too cold here ..........am worried about my westie as shes getting on now, she be a well travelled dog by the time we get back (for good this time fingers crossed)

thanks for that ...I'm scared because we left her with my friend for a few months too but I'm sure when she sees us she'll be fine
they say she's doing fine in quarantine now & once we get her here & give her a big kiss & take her to the beach she'll settle.......the price is outrageous though it costs a fortune to relocate a family & almost a much to bring a dog..but I love her
