All the BBQ classes appear to be full for April but there is spaces on 29th May. Would be handy to know how to BBQ fish for the next Sydney meet.

You mean Aussies don't throw a few sausages on, forget about them whilst they go in search of beer and serve up said sausages once they've got to charchol stage???! Crikey.

Sounds fun. And the fish market is only a 10 minute walk from home, so I'd be up for that.
