Default Sydney Beaches part2

Nipped to Maroubra beach today after hearing there was a wee fete going on. Fantastic, it was. I have never seen the beach so busy. It got me in the mood for a wee drive, so we headed south !
Heres some pics of Maroubra first

Sans Souci . we have passed this hundreds of times, its just to the left before u cross the tom ugly bridge. Really thin beach but its lovely. U can see the strangely named bridge in the background of one of the photos

Headed south again and saw a sign for Helensburgh, just had to visit. Round about this area we found this Temple. Haven’t got a clue what it is or what its for. I couldn’t stop I was on a mission now. About 2Ks back I had see a sign for Stanwell Park and the sign was claiming it was fab????? And on we went

Our first glimpse of Stanwell Park was amazing, turned a bend to see this drop and a beautiful beach. I just had to get there.
It was worth it !!!!

Soapy - What the heck is that Green Shiny thing in the dashboard in the middle of hte 2nd set of pictures - it looks like one of those ashtrays that were common in the 70's , push in the black button and the sides spin open to flick your ash in ( as owned by most of my aunties from memory)... That would be seriously cool to have one ofthose to take round with you...haha
