no beer in a village hall :D
I've been on BE for over a year and it seemed to me many of the BE members came from north of the Watford gap!
But no there are a few people in Surrey & Berks and it's been great to see so many new members respond to the meet up too.

Hi Angie, thanks thats fine,
the tables are booked from 12 noon its a good idea to arrive as near that time as poss if you want lunch. They get very busy.
Not sure how many are going to Adelaide, not everyone has put their future destination. The locations mentioned so far are Melbourne and Perth, but please don't let that put you off coming!

enjoy the meet, I'm new to this forum, me and the girlfriend are weighing up applying to move to Oz as we loved it.

We live in Farnham maybe when you have another meet we can attend. This Sunday is a no for me, I'm working.

Hi Helinuk,
Haven't seen you for a while - all OK? The Quays sounds like a great place, been having a look at the menu and it sounds smashing.

One point - we went to the Essex meet and, while we enjoyed meeting everyone, it was spoiled a bit for us as a lot of people were smoking. I'm concerned because we will have a 3-month-old baby with us this time, and obviously we don't want him passive-smoking. Could we all perhaps agree not to smoke in our area? Those who want a gasper can nip off to the bar or garden, maybe. We'd appreciate it. :)
