Mountain creek is fine, houses range from high 300's to 600's . Its a slightly older suburb but plenty of new estates have been put in there too. Pelican waters does not appeal to everyone either its a bit of a rabbit warren type design giving the feeling of being in a a maze of tiny streets, just a huge housing estate, but majority of the homes are new, so has that florida resort look. That does seem to appeal to the english, another one is perigian springs, very florida resort. Just visit both and see what appeals to you.
