Thanks for that - a big enough picture for me to follow !! No sign of those on the front of my pc - will get a torch and search on the back - I may even dust it whilst I'm there !!

I want to save my digital photos onto a floppy or cd as I am leaving my PC behind and buying a new one. Problem is the floppy hasn't got enough memory (I'd probably end up with one floppy per photo !) and I can't seem to save to a cd.

Any one got any ideas ? The only one I can think of is to keep the photos on the camera memory card and, when I get to Oz, buy a pc with a cd writer. Is there a better way ?
Hi, We went out to Oz last June/July for 5 weeks to check things out before we decided to make the move. I bought a new digital camera to take with us, then realised that i may need to do something about the quantity of pics that the memory card would hold, so i shopped around on eBay and found this little device, http://www.card-media.co.uk/xsdrive.htm I would highly recommend it to you. I picked it up for less than £100, now you may think that the price is high, but look at the size of the hard drive it has, it will hold thousands of pics for you. I took 1,800 pics in 5 weeks and it only used 6,5 gig of the hard drive space.

good Luck in Oz.

Mark.
