Default STNI - Is it regional within the state

Hi all

As the question says, is STNI regional within the state that sponsors you as it appears a better option than SIR that is.

Any feedback would be appreciated

Thanks in advance

Good question, I came to Oz via the STNI route in JUly 04, the only stipulation then was that you reside and work within the state sponsoring you. I do not believe that the SIR restrictions apply to STNI, someone please correct me if Im wrong. I can fully recommend the STNI route though, we applied to Victoria and the whole process only took 18 weeks to get the visas and that included xmas and new year holidays.
