Question Statuory Declarations

Hi, can anyone help me with a quick question. I am currently applying for a fiance visa to Oz and I'm getting my friends and family to write statuory declarations about my relationship. When they do this can they just write it on a piece of paper and get it witnessed by a laywer, doctor, teacher etc, or is there a special form they have to download, like the Form 888 that Aussie citizens fill in, to back up your application ?

If anyone can help, this would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Ben

Just another pointer that you might want to do, is both write a statement about your relationship. We did this just on plain A4 paper (typed up on computer) stating how we met, when we became committed, how we support each other and where we see our relationship going future wise. We just signed this ourselves at the bottom of the page (didn't get solicitor to witness it or anything).

Just an extra bit of info for them really, might be a bit overkill but we got our visa in two days with no questions asked!

Good luck

Nat
