Default Statement regarding de-facto relationship

Hi

When I write my statement regarding my relationship with my partner, do I have to put this onto Stat Dec form or can I write it onto normal paper and get this witnessed by a solicitor, as it is rather long and I can't fit it all onto one form. Or can I use more than one Stat Dec form for the same statement?

Please help?!!

Thanks ever so

Natbat

we printed it on to normal paper and sent it off, no need to certify it.

We typed ours up and put it into Word saved it and took the disk to the solicitors. The solicitors then put in the legal niceties and paragraph numbered it.

The 888 form is for use in Australia.
