Default Stamp, Sticker or what?

I guess it depends on the visa - but what do you get in your Brit passport once approved?

My GF is going for Aust Temp Residence via the 461 visa (which it seems nobody knows diddly about...)

Err - like do you get a big hairy stamp that says "This Pom is entitled to enter OZ - no worries".... or something like that ...or is there nothing in there and you have to tell the immi people?
