Ummm I am starting to put together my RPL application - and I just wondered - as my boyfriend and I are wanting to apply to migrate together - i.e. Main applicant and spouse. If he passes the ASC skills assessment ok and I am on the application as the spouse - will my RPL application result be taken into consideration at all? For the spouse to get permanent and not temp visa do you have to apply separately?
