I am looking for sponsored work in IT (I am analyst programmer) in Australia.
Has anybody ever used a company called Sponsorship Australia?

Never heard of them. I would say your best bet is to just get on the job boards. Main one is seek.com

Search Seek.com and see if you can broaden the search to include the phrases 'non residents' and 'Sponsor'...might help.
BTW, which ponty, Wales or Yorks?

Agree with other poster, try and source yourself if you can. But my company recruits internationally, myself included although it was an intra company transfer so easier.
Search Seek.com and see if you can broaden the search to include the phrases 'non residents' and 'Sponsor'...might help.
