Sold the house....again!!
Hi there
A few weeks ago I posted to say we'd sold the house to a lovely couple who were really enthusiastic about the place...even asking how much we wanted for the curtains...and matching bedspeads! They even offered to take on my beautiful old moggy so he didn't have to move...fan flippin' tastic we thought!!
Only to get a call from the agent a day later to say they couldn't proceed due to not being able to afford the place
Why the hell do people do that huh? Why go and look at houses that they can't afford? Would they go to Tescos and fill the trolley up only to get to the checkout...laugh and say "oops...can't afford this lot" ???
I was more upset about me moggy than the house though I have to say!
Anyway, off we go again, trying desperately to keep the place clean and tidy only to be followed round by two tinies who can trash a room at lightening speed!
We had another lady come round on Tuesday then for a second viewing on Wednesday and she offered on Friday!
Only problem is.......she hasn't mentioned the cat!!!! Damn thoughtless of her I'd say!!!
So, it looks like he's gonna be an Aussie Moggy then!!!
Hopefully, this lady will keep to her word and it will go through this time...we'll see!
All this stress eh... I'm overdosing on my St Johns Wort!!
