Default sold the house!

Yikes..just sold the house today, scary stuff:scared:

Even scarier can't find the blinking building regs certificate or the NHBC certificate. I have looked everywhere.

Oh well another day on the phone tommorrow to sort 'things' out!

Anyway thats one job ticked off the list!

Well we put it on for £255k and wanted just under £250k because of the stamp duty. They have offered £249k and have no chain so it's gonna be a quick one!

Just trying to suss out some rentals

Great news Maxpaxx, thats one of the worst bits of the whole process, along with the forms, the waiting, the relatives the goodbyes.............why are we doing this again?

Yeah..and I can't help thinking are we doing the right thing by selling now but we have to because we've got the bond to pay and I don't want to be in the lap of the gods with the exchange rates! Oh if it all goes tits up we can buy another house

Max, it sounds a good idea to me, we havnt exchanged contracts yet and we go in 5 weeks, at this stage its the last thing we want to be panicking about, theres enough anxiety as the time approaches, you'll have one less!
