Hi there all.
I am a English Conveyancing Paralegal with 3 years experiance who is looking into moving to another country, Australia being the first choice. Unfortunatly while I can get a Visa if I can get a job before I apply, honestly I don't believe that there would be much demand for someone with my skills, at least from what I have read previously.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice into my chances and what i could do to improve them. I enjoy Law but would consider moving professions if the need arose.
Apologies I am a novice in regards to emigration and have no idea where to begin. I looked at the Visas but no idea how to progress from there.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

What visa do you think you qualify for? Start at Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection

Apologies I am currently a paralegal however i will soon be classified as a Conveyancer. I believe its under the Consolidated Sponsored Occupations List so i believe Subclass 457.

One problem might with getting your skills assessed, and whether you will need retraining as the laws will be so much different, so you need to carefully research this.
