Default Singapore Airlines and new Super Jumbo.

Heard advert on radio that SA have ordered some of these new planes.

Does anyone know when these will be in service and are the prices gonna increase to pay for them or be cheaper as they seat more passengers?

Wouldnt mind flying on one of them.

Correct, they have along with Qantas, Virgin & Emeriates (the ones I can think of who fly to OZ). Were due to fly in 2006 but they keep getting delayed (latest by 6 months). I can't see the prices changing much due to the aircraft alone.

There is no chance that airlines are going to sacrifice seats for casinos, gyms, swimming pools or whatever. Just more and more cattle!! Besides the A380 is already overweight before you start adding all that sort of stuff... it would be uneconomical to fly.

Would be nice though!!

Yeah, I agree with you.

Nice to show all that fancy stuff and lots of room to impress people but there won't be much of that in practice eh.
