Default Short Term Rental How Long ?

Hi
Please could someone tell me how long would we need to rent short
term to be able to get either a long term rental or to buy a house.

Hi, when i asked the same question a couple of weeks back it was recommended by a few people to be a minimum of 1 month.

Allowing yourself 4 weeks in a furnished rental to find a long term rental is about right. Any shorter and you would be putting yourself under pressure and risk taking anything just to secure a place to live. I would rent for at least 6 months before you buy, especially if you have never been here before, that way you can be sure that you have made the right choice and get a feel for different areas.
