Default Short term Accomodation Perth

I planning to stay in Perth for a month. I will be with my wife and little daughter. I need to find someone or agency who provide short term accommodation in Perth. It look like staying in a hotel will cost me a fortune. There are studio flats on gumtree? But my friend said there are lot of fake ads on gumtree? Cos I am travelling from UK need some reliable agency or person to deal with, cos there is no way I can check anything before coming. Has any body got any ideas please?

Have you looked for a holiday let - still not the cheapest but maybe better than hotel - plus no bills to worry about?

Hi there, we rented a short term house for 2 weeks in Clarkson when we went on our reccie in 2010 from a lady called Edith Van Dommelen at relocate rentals. She was lovely met us at the property the evening we arrived and had bought us some groceries to see us through as all the supermarkets were closed.

We have booked with her again staying in Secret Harbour for 4 weeks when we move out in November. Her details are email, [email protected] Mobile 0061415040948

We used perth short stayz, for 3 months holiday let, not the cheapest way to do it but all in, so only needed to worry about food bills! We were met by the airport by Fiona who took some of our luggage and we followed her to the property - this was at 2am! We had basic grocery supplies and the next day she came back to run through a few things.

We stayed at the house in Waikiki.

All good
