Default Shipping Insurance

Hi All,

I have arranged to have my personal effects shipped with Crown, about 50 cu ft.

They quoted Total Loss insurance at around £250 as i had valued my belongings at around £8000. Its basically just clothes, books, computer and a decent mountain bike. The insurance is a lot more than I was expecting to pay.
I asked if i could arrange my own insurance which they said was not a problem.

Does anyone have any recommendations of shipping insurance? On reflection my valuation of my transported goods is maybe a bit high.

Cheers
Tim
