Default shared container

Hi all

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for a shared container to arrive at your house.
I am using 350 cubic feet of the container.
Dont know how many are sharing.
We are going to Perth.
Can anyone tell me how long it took for their container to arrive

John

We went Essex to Sydney with 200cu ft in a shared container. The packers took our stuff away on 8th Dec, the boat left the UK on 14th Dec, the boat arrived in Sydney on 20th Jan, our stuff cleared customs on 7th Feb and our stuff was delivered to us yesterday.

Not sure about Perth but ours was a lot quicker than I expected especially since it travelled over the Christmas period.

We shared half a container. Ours left the UK on the 16th December and arrived in Sydney on the 18th January. They have a backlog to inspect so we still I haven't had it. Shipper said it could by any day now or even 3-4 weeks away. How long is a piece of string apparently!!! Had the inspectors not been behind I would of had it by now! Grrrr....the backlog is affecting the whole country apparently.
