Are DHL any good?

Hi'a

We firstly tried to use Interparcel as they were cheaper but they didn't pick our package up which was really annoying as we stayed in all day waiting for them.

We then tried DHL who were fantastic, they picked our package up on the Tuesday and it was delivered in Oz on the Friday.

It did cost £57 but it was worth it.

Although Interparcel didn't do the job they were very apologetic and did say they would pick the package up another time they also refunded our money straight away so i guess it was just one of those things. I think i would give them another chance if i needed to send something again.

Hope this helps

Angie

Yep - they were brilliant, taking 3 days to arrive in Australia. So much better than Parcel Farce who regularly failed to deliver within the guaranteed time.
