Hey PP - search for the words DHL and Cheaper - there is a thread for a company that uses DHL but bulk buys them and you get it about 50% but still get to use DHL tracking etc. ITs great.

DHL I trust to the ends of the earth and beyond and back and again

One of the ladies on the immi forum was worried because DHL had 'lost' their package but then after DHL said ' no worries we'll pay to recreate the documents ' they found them after another exhaustive search.

Royal mail give you 50p back for the stamp after 4 weeks of ignoring you.

I used a company called Fastlane Couriers - half the price of DHL yet guess who collects and delivers it - bargain!

Do you give them the weight and dimensions over the phone when you call them or online?

Or does someone come round and they check it?

I used Royal Mail (std International Post) and just had my agent confirm when he received them. Didn't lose any, and all got there within 5 or so days.

I booked it all online and you enter the weight and dimensions although it defaults to their minimum.

Use Interparcel as they use DHL but are much, much cheaper. You can do it all online and there is a minimum charge.

Professional Princess we used Royal Mail 'signed for' service which has been fine for us, no lost packages, no hassles, it's been fine.
