Selling your house with or without the estate agents
For those of you who want to sell your house. You may like to check out the following Internet website.
www.homesonsale.co.uk
We put ours on the market for nothing last month. It was free to do so then and you can leave the house on there for as long as you need to.
Use it as well as your estate agent.
Hey if you sell it through them you wont have to pay the estate agents any fees.
Good luck to everyone trying to sell.

We had viewers. It is no effort a few digital photos and a write up. The house is on the net in 20 minutes.

There is no catch?
Im an electrician not an estate agent.
Look on the website yourself.
I have just been looking at several threads about the difficulties people are having in selling their houses. If it is on the net it will be viewed by people looking for houses. If those people are in an area near you then they can contact you.
As I said good luck to all trying to sell their homes.

Good luck, but why not put it on sale with a trad agent at the same time?
