Secure storage Kuala Lumpur or Singapore?

Hi, I'm travelling to Perth in November and want to spend 3 weeks in Malaysia on the way. I'm taking my laptop with me and don't wish to carry it around. Does anyone have any experience of secure storage facilities for 3 weeks?
