school nurse
hi, haven't been on awhile busy with nursing studies, nearly finished though. I have really enjoyed my school nurse placement and could see myself as a shool nurse. Do school nurses existed in aussie and does anyone know how much they earn

Our special schools have school nurses but other schools dont - not here anyway, they were one of the first budget cut initiatives many many years ago. Other states seem to have them, especially Queensland where I know they have nurses that specialize in adolescent mental health. Looks like the going rate is $60 - 65K
