But just a thought, I work in a fab pub in Ewell which is about a 15-20 minute drive from Sandown. (Don't worry, it's not the same pub as last time! )
There is a function room upstairs which (if I ask my gorgeous boss nicely ) he may let us have. There is a bar up there aswell.
What do you think?

They do a fab roast in the pub but they finish serving at 4pm so we'd have to be there before then.
Failing that, I live literally round the corner from the pub so I'm happy to provide a buffet if anyone is interested.

If it's on the Saturday though the restaurant in the pub is open from 12-2.30 and then from 6.30-9.30. The food is superb honestly.
