Please advise me,I got a reply from DIMIA that my application was in pool,since I scored 110 points only, I recieved this reply after 50 weeks appling for skilled indp. migration (47SK) my ASCO code:2231-13. I lost points in English (IELTS) I got 15 points for it.
I attended IELTS second time and scored 6.5 (6,6,6,7) but I am one day late to submit.
However a potential employer from low population area came forward,saying that he will sponsor under EN (employee nomination) scheme in low population area. Can I utilize my latest IELTS score 6.5 (for 20 points) in any way for getting PR?
I don`t know how much time it takes? he is filing thro 1054 form.
I don`t know the stages involved in this process, I am expecting PR Visa within a month or so.
Please give me some suggitions and precautions.
