Same thing happened to me. Lodged bond second week of June did not hear anything for 2 weeks thought it wzas the end so waited another week and finally sent email to case officer and he told he had not seen mail for some time and hopefully he would make a decision after 10 days. 10 days passed and nothing so again sent email to which got an astonishing reply that he will again see my case when his workload permits
what am i suppose to guess ro wait?

Once bond money is requested I was told it was a 99% chance of getting visas, we waited 10 days after the bond money was lodged, our caseofficer was great but others are slower, I would say yes to the school places and would imagine that the visas will soon be on their way to you, what does your agent say??? I would e-mail first before ringing, whatever you decide good luck I remember the waiting and its hell.
