Resident to buy house in NZ?
Hi do you have to be a resident to buy a house in NZ or can you buy if on work visa?

Your thinking of Australia, where their are restrictions on foreigners buying houses.
In NZ it's open season anyone can buy a house their, and that is one reson house prices are going up so much.

Just starting another day at the office - notice you are in Brisbane - your day done? No doubt the suns shining for you there too. Not so lucky in Scotland I'm afraid!

Afraid weather is a bit iffy at the moment, been raining for the last couple of days, but not complaining as we've just come off a drought that lasted more than 12 months and it didn't rain once in Brissy. Just imagine typical Scottish summer day and you'll be spot on for weather here at the mo.
