Default Renting in Perth

Heard on the radio this morning that Perth's rentals will be going up another $100 in the coming year.

Housing still very high too. Why i ask?? What has Perth got that the other states don't!

The WA resources boom is driving the Australian economy at present and probably will do for some time.
