Rental House Mt.Eliza (Beachside) - Takeover Rental?
Hi, things have moved here alot quicker than expected - in a good way!
We've just purchased some land so need to reduce our outgoings. We are going to do this by renting somewhere cheaper.
The house is in walking distance to Mt.Eliza village & the beach. It's got 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with double car-port got a little shed in the garden. The neighbours are very friendly & helpful. Rental $1,475 p.c.m.
If anyone is interested in taking over our tenancy or wants more information please P.M. me.
