but thats not including GoCard mis-billings and accidental overcharges due to equipment failure. Probably worth adding at least another 50% to that cost.

(Of course GoCard issues may have been ironed out by now - I havent used one for over 2 years now )

I had to check that, as my daughter has just started using the go card, and I will keep tabs on this.

I found this from 2008
http://www.notgoodenough.org/viewtop...7ee14a224d071f

Let's hope it has been ironed out

I know - I have one, my mother has one and my father has one - that gives me $45 of 'emergency' travel funds (you can run a card down to -$5 before it refuses you travel) - should be enough to last me about a decade!

(..and before anyone moans about me fraudulently rorting the system I reckon GoCard conned me out of at least $60 through their errors back when I did use it)

To keep the theme going this might be useful: Brisbane Public Transport Map.

Click the map for more detail on particular route.

Thanks mate for sharing this information!

We are moving to Cleveland and will surely be using the train for starters.

However, I'll be commuting by motorcycle after a month or so. I'll hope it will take me around 40 mins then

Cheers
