I was wondering this myself so I've just looked it up. Here you go:-

Just pick up the form at the Post Office, fill it in and send a cheque!

Then CHECK CHECK CHECK all the details they send back. It took four attempts one year for them to get it all right!

We are having a similiar problem, but ours is made worse as we have no address to forward it on to!! Cant open a PO Box in Aus as you have to do this in person, the Post Office here will hold post for two months (I think), but then will only deliver it to the address on the envelope, so thats no good either.

The only way around this we have found is for the post to be redirected to a friends house and when the 3 months redirection is due for renewal, change the redirection address, seems alot of hassle, but so far, its the only way Ive found of doing it.

Yes according to the application form (attached). At the end where it signs you have to be either the customer or authorised agent of the customer.

I'm having mine redirected to my sisters house. She can then sort through all the mail and forward on anything relevant. Have you got anyone you can trust?
