I think it's tops, it's where we go when we want a beach, less tourists and the sea is safer for little kids oh and it's close

Hi,

I'm here just at present, and think Redcliffe is OK.

Seen better beaches North and South, and the front is a bit tired but everythings there that you could want.

It's a good everall package but not seemingly great at any (Just my opinion)

I'm staying at Mango Hill a suburb about 10kms inland, and about 30mins on the frain to Bris CBD. Good suburb and great shopping centre nearby.

It's a Homestay place, but I think theyare booked up for about 6 months, unless your coming next week !!

It a clean and tidy new place and the people are great, (ex pats) sort of self- contained little annex off a new house. I can recommend it highly

I'll give you the number if your interested PM me, as he might have a cancellation when your due up this way.

Hope this helps,

Alan.

BTW,

Forgot, it's worth the 1 and a half hour drive to check out Noosa while your on the Sunshine Coast area, but all the beach places are great on the way up the Sunshine Hwy, if a little quiet ??

If your at redcliffe, Look at woody point, tiny area just down from redcliffe, the councils just commenced about 10 million of work along the seafront, masses of development, within 20 mins youve got qlds biggest shopping centre, qlds biggest bunnings , 3 aldis for cheap food, an ice skating rink, bus link to the city, fantastic pub at the point, cinemas, sailing club basically everything really. Plus major road improvements to the city and airport planned in next 2 years.
