We are relocating back to Brisbane on 5th Jan 2010. I would be grateful if anyone can recommend a decent int mover! I have had loads of quotes but they vary so much in price and word of mouth is always best! So far Simpsons are coming in the lowest then Britannia and Four Winds are £5000+!!!! We are travelling from Hull (UK) to Brisbane.

don't know how good they are yet as we've not got to Sydney BUT we are using Anglo Pacific who so far in the process have been realyy helpful & fairly competitive.... if you've got a bank account with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia mention it as you get £75 discount.

Just remember when getting quotes that cheapest doesn't always the best, you do hear some horror storys about some company's and when its your lifelong possessions they are carrying you need to be able to trust a company.

We used Crown twice and couldnt fault their service, everything arrived on time and in tact both times and customer service was great both ends.

Dorree Bonner are another company who seem to get regualar good feedback, so it may be worth getting a quote from then too.
Of course don't forget to play all the companys off n proice when you get all the quotes in,lol..
