Its so hot in my office I might put my panties in the freezer for an hour and my bra as well. :scared:
Think yourself luck you don't have any Swollocks.
Might have to purchase a freezable jock strap if this heat continues.

Exactly.
The other day I was eating lunch in the 1 million dollar house I rent and looked at the ceiling and noticed daylight all along where the roof meets the walls.
I reckon I'd be able to build a house here in Australia and it wouldn't be any crapper than most of the ones I've looked at.

.
We have a quarter inch gap around the window frames which I've stuffed with newspapers to keep the draft out. Still sounds like we're living in the middle of the road though!
Our house is "worth" $1.4million

Wow!! lucky old you
Just about any supermarket you go in to sells those fabric sausage dog/snake things the you put by doors as a draught excluder. I can remember those from back in the UK when I was knee high to a grasshopper, and that's a fair while back

I reckon they ought to make draught excluders that can be hung all the way round the windows!

Will things get better????
Will things get better????Barry Koolen here, MD at Crown.
Firstly, our sincere apologies to you and the family regarding the theft of the package from our care. We take this very seriously, and as you know we have reported to the incident to the Police and are co-operating with them. Our Regional Manager will send you an e-mail shortly to update you on that situation as there is some positive news.
Just thought it was worth mentioning that the crew who packed your shipment were our own, fully trained, full time staff.
This is a very unfortunate incident, and certainly a very rare and unusual occurrence. For others who may be in the process of moving (or considering moving with Crown), I can assure you that this a one off event. We successfully relocate many thousands of families each year around the world and our customer satisfaction levels are very high.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
