its a pub/hotel called 'formerly the blackball hilton' near Greymouth, S Island. Used to be called the 'Blackball Hilton' until a rather large international hotel chain took exception to this tiny little place in the middle of nowhere using its name, and commenced legal proceedings, which is why it became 'formerly the Blackball hilton'
