I couldn't view this file at all. Could be because I don't have word, but I do have OpenOffice and as they are compatible I can usually load word files into that. There was just a little icon in the top L corner! Any chance you could re-attach this in notepad, as I'd really like to see it? Alternatively you could email it to me. I'd appreciate it if you could go to the trouble.
