Default Best Icecream?

Ok, following on from Innyjim, I have just downed a mega truffle. Quite good for the UK, but not on a par with Italian / Greek icecream. In Greece, they have one with loads of nuts... think its called Africa and its gorgeous. My mate's mum once made us a brandy and merangue icecream bomb, which was heavenly. So, what's your fav. icecream?

Any Thayer's ice cream, made in a small factory in Cardiff and sold in Thornton's. Yummy!

THORNTONS....the rip-off merchants ! Are they still charging those ridiculous prices for their fudge and chocolates? There is one right in front of HMV in london, by bond street.

They might as well call their store harrods
